"The hotel offers excellent value for money but has not compromised on quality. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. This was the second time I had stayed at the hotel in the last 3 weeks and both times I have had a very pleasant stay. I am very pleased about the courtesy bus to the airport: it is nice to travel on a clean and modern coach and not a bus and the coach driver was very helpful as well. When I come to England again later in the year I will be staying at your hotel again."

"we arrived 12midnight and asked for roomservice.the clerk had our card number but didnot ask us if we wish this on our card.this was ok till next mouning when i wish to phone my daughter.i was told i must come to check in .when i tried to call check in to say you have my card number they had cut the room phone of.if i had dressed and gone down my dautgher would have left for work.as they had a card number i think this was very poor."

"the courtesy bus service from the airport to the hotel was a welcome relief but I would have liked to have known the times of the service. The bus driver was very good as he gave me a timetable which was very much appreiciated."
