"The booking information was adequate. However the reception staff were generally inefficient, failing to pass on messages that were essential on two occasions. The restaurant staff in the evenings were very slow and service was not good. Food served was generally poor value for money, greasy and on two occasions was not as described on the menu.A light fitting fell off of the ceiling outside my room on the last morning, leaving plaster and fitments on the floor and bare wires hanging at shoulder height. I reported this to the receptionist shortly afterwards who spoke to a male member of staff on my side of the desk, who merely commented that it should be reported as a maintenance item. When she replied that there were bare wires and therefore urgent, he showed no higher level of concern I would have liked to have had access to a business centre but I knew that one was not available."
